The latest Nollywood release 'Living Nightmares' for girls and women disadvantages in African homes and across the world. This is an outbreak for awareness and a serious issue that is ongoing. Indeed it's a wakeup call on wife beating, rape, threats, humiliation, fear and nightmare women survived during child to adulthood and still go through.

TEACHERS DATING STUDENTS:
I think when you become a teacher you have a responsibility to set and maintain a boundary between you and those that you teach or lead. Students could be very attracted to teachers in an unhealthy of way. These are usually poor or young, naive and innocent girls who are attracted to the caring and nurturing persona and beeing a teacher worth your salt know that these are very vulnerable individuals who need instruction and not intimacy.
Teachers have a responsibility to themselves and those they teach to maintain their status as a leader at all times. A teacher should never ask or share intimate details about their lives. They should never allow themselves to be alone with a student of the opposite sex. Teacher's should never exchange phone numbers with his or her students.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE:
Domestic violence can take many forms, including physical aggression or assault (hitting, kicking, biting, shoving, restraining, slapping, throwing objects, battery) or threats thereof sexual abuse, emotional abuse, controlling or domineering, intimidation, stalking, passive/covert abuse (e.g. neglect) and economic deprivation.
Alcohol consumption and mental illness can be co-morbid with abuse and present additional challenges in eliminating domestic violence.

RAPE CASES:
Victims of rape can be severely traumatized by the assault and may have difficulty functioning as well as they had been used to prior to the assault, with disruption of concentration and sleeping patterns. In the months immediately following the assault, these problems may be severe and upsetting and may prevent the victim from revealing their ordeal to friends or family, or seeking police or medical assistance.

WOMEN'S HUMILIATORS:
At the end, women remain are women. Keep them soulful, be patient and be condusive towards the opposite sex. Women are wonderful effect describes the phenomenon found in psychological research which suggests that people associate more positive attributes with the general social category of women compared to men. Related to ambivalent sexism, this effect reflects an emotional bias toward the female gender as a general case. The term was coined by Eagly & Mladinic (1994) after finding that both male and female participants tend to assign exceptionally positive traits to the female gender (males are also viewed positively, though not quite as positively).

I think this family movie is powerful involving these factors that's everything women. It's features five talented young women as teenagers, including actress Ini Edo, Mike Ezuruonye and Funke Akindele, directed by Okey Zubelu Okoh.
