The government decides to reopen schools and universities in N'Djamena on Thursday, having previously announced on Wednesday by his spokesman and Communication Minister, Hassan Sylla Bakari, the suspended was meant until the consultation of all parties involved in this crisis.
Yesterday, the Head of State reviewed the consultation by the principal actors in the crisis headphone port. It was at the end of the consultations that seems to have calmed the parts that called the decision to reopen the doors of schools and universities for tomorrow, March 19 .
Chadian authorities announced the closure of schools and universities in the capital, as of March 10, following a violent demonstrations of high school students against mandatory helmet use.
