According to LANA, the Libyan Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation has emphasized that, it is managing its affairs with complete independence and the corporation does not succumb to any political side and rely on executive laws and regulations.
The NOC Board said in a statement, that in the transitional period, it is complete neutral, and that any measure taken by the Board aims at preserving the rights of the Libyan people, most notably the governance of the sales of oil and gas and to confront any sales of Libyan crude outside the legal channels.
