Indeed, in recent months, Togo saw repeated strikes by; which paralyzes the general administration, especially vital services such as health and education.
During a press conference Monday, the movement called Young Republicans ruled on the consequences of the strike of unions headed the Stt.
Young Republicans, led by the former leader of the Movement for the development of Togolese students (Meet), Mr. Adou Seibou, finds that the claims of the Stt are legitimate.
'' Without pretending to give lessons to anyone, Young Republicans, believe it is time for the parties involved in this tussle to get the ball down and everyone to return to reason, '' the statement said Young Republicans.
Concerning the progress of students in the streets, demanding their teachers, the President of the Young Republicans, Adou Seibou think instead of the students in the classroom or at home.
'' I never said that officials must not wage demands. We say that the claims are correct, that the government make efforts to meet them. But, given that little rich experience, I say that instead of students is not in the streets. Students must be in the classrooms, so the classrooms are closed, they have to stay at home to review their lessons, '' he said.
Finally, the Young Republicans are calling on parents to work harder in the supervision and monitoring of children.
