Olympic 2012 twice gold medalist Gabby Douglas graces the December issue of Essence magazine.

Since winning those gold medals earlier this year, the teen has been receiving countless love fron Hollywood stars and and non-Hollywood.

World star Beyonce was the to celebrate this young woman on her Official website saying: 'A huge congratulations to 16 year old Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas. Wow.. what a thrill to watch you take this gold! I can tell you've been working hard for so long. Enjoy this moment, it's your! Thank you for inspiring all of us! Love, B'

The 16 year old shares second part of the black magazine with fellow Olympians Camelita JeterAllyson Felix, and Sanya Richards-Ross as ‘Women of the Year’.

Left: Carmelita Jeter’s website dubs her “the fastest woman in the world.” This year, she became the only female athlete to medal in both the 100 meter and 200 meter races in this year’s Games, winning silver and bronze, respectively.

Top right: Allyson Felix boasts the title of most decorated female track athlete at this year’s Olympics. She won 3 gold medals; 1 individual in the 200 meter race, 1 with her teammates including Carmelita in the 4×100 meter race, and one with Sanya and others for the 4×400 meter race. With her 3 golds, it was the most golds for a female track athlete since 1988.

Below right: Sanya Richards-Ross won 2 golds in London, 1 in the 400 meter race, and 1 with teammates, including Allyson, in the 4×400 meter relay. Sanya is recognized as one of the most decorated female track athletes ever. She won gold in the 4×400 relay in 2004, 2008, and 2012. After leading the world in the event for the past couple of years, Sanya became the first American woman in 28 years to win the 400 meter dash in the Olympic Games.
