As part of our Corporate Social Responsibilities we will continue to render support to sporting associations to achieve their goals in their various endeavours they usually embark on. We hope the Squash Association will use the money for the intended purpose” he said.
.
Receiving the donation President of the Association Umaru Kakay thanked Mercury International for the kind gesture and the continuous support they have been giving to the association. He assured Chairman Samir Hassanyeh that they will use the money for the purpose they received it for.
“On behalf of the entire membership of the Squash Racket Association I want to thank Mercury for giving us such support. With this money we will be able to have a well-structured secretariat which we will be proud to boldly invite people to visit us especially those that might want to gather information from us or even those that will want to know more about the sport.”
“Our doors will be always open to them. For a while now we have been using Aqua Sport Club, Wilberforce Squash Court and the Freetown Golf Club as our Secretariat but now that we will establish ours it will be of great advantage to us because people will find it very easy to get on to us as and when necessary” Kakay reiterated.
